Working With Your DVD

Where to Practice. After you have learned the exercises from viewing the DVD, the ideal location to practice is in a pine forest. But most of us don't have that luxury! So, the next best place to practice is in a park. If that isn't possible for you, do the exercises in your home with the windows open to invite as much fresh air circulation as possible into the room. No matter where you do the exercises; you will experience visible results very quickly!

When to Practice. The ideal time to practice your exercises is during sunrise. If this isn't possible, be sure to do the exercises during daytime hours. The air becomes unsuitable at night for these exercises.

How to Practice. There are five movements to the breathing method. Practice the first movement every day until it becomes easy and familiar to you. Then, move on to the next movement. Practice each new movement in combination with the previous movements until you have learned them all.

DVD MenuIt takes anywhere from one week to one month to perform the exercises effectively. Daily practice will allow your body to achieve a balanced flow of the movements and breaths. Be sure to master each movement before you move on to the next.
