If you're an athlete, you know that your success depends upon how well you perform. If your stamina is low or your skills are less than stellar, the competition will leave you in the dust. For a professional athlete, there are no excuses for poor performance. The slightest injury can mean the difference between stardom and unemployment.

To compete, you have to do whatever you can to increase the odds of winning EVERYTIME. You must perfect your body's physical condition so that you can take full advantage of your hard-earned skills and natural talent.

Master Lu has trained enough professional athletes to establish a trend where every athlete he trained not only performed better, their performance became the best in their league! The key was improving their fundamentals. These fundamentals include reflexes, endurance, strength, agility, balance, control, speed, and focus.

A combination of physical conditioning and technique are what makes a top athlete. After learning Master Lu's breathing and martial arts exercises, students have said their improved physical condition even helped them beat competitors who had better technique than their own.

Master Lu Takes the L.A. Rams to Superbowl

In 1979, Master Lu was officially appointed Special Strength Trainer for the NFL Los Angeles Rams football team. Later that year, the Rams made it to the Superbowl for the first time in the team's history. Master Lu's method created an unbelievable result for a team that hadn't even made the playoffs in 25 years.

Recovery from a Critical Injury

Johnny "Lam" Jones – 1976 Olympic Gold Medalist and former New York Jets player.

The note on the above photo reads: "Master Lu, thanks for the workout program. I'm looking forward to the next phase of the class in the off season. Johnny Jones #80."

Here's another quote from Johnny Jones about Master Lu's work: "The Breathing Exercises are great for improving your cardiovascular [system], and the strength and speed exercises are great for building and maintaining strength without losing flexibility. If the athlete will combine the Golden Energy training with his individual sports training, I believe without a doubt, he will gain that extra edge that increases his chances of winning the battle in any sport. The greatest thing about this training method is that it's not just for the young or athletic, anyone can do the exercises! It's for those who care about their physical health on a long term basis."
